Any business can provide a product or service, but it's the culture of care for a customer’s wellbeing that sets a meeting venue apart.

With this pandemic has come a responsibility for businesses to create an environment where customers have felt safe and secure. The team has spent time and effort making sure Front+Centre is valued as a safe sanctuary in Wellington. To do this, they've had to quickly adapt to COVID-19 measures, venue market shifts and changing customer needs.

They've acted as Guardians to ensure guests feel comfortable, even before they walk through the door. Following the Government's announcement on 23 March that it's safe to ease restrictions, Front+Centre is again adapting  this time towards a return to greater normality.

Our team members have also grown in their roles by becoming our very own Techxperts. Following the first lockdown in 2020, virtual and hybrid meetings became as in demand as in-person meetings. That meant the team upskilled in our new room tech to ensure a seamless experience for customers. As one of Wellington’s only meeting room venues that provides in-house tech support for hybrid meetings, they've made it possible for many of our customers to connect to their remote colleagues with ease.

As venue number capacity increases to 200, the team hopes more groups will host in-person meetings and experience the connection and camaraderie that face-to-face interaction with colleagues brings.

So while you can see that, as a business, we are committed to ensuring our customers have an enjoyable and productive day at our Front+Centre venue, the hospitality and customer experience you receive couldn’t happen without the backbone of our incredible team. Many of you may know the team by face or name, but we thought now's a great time to introduce our Front+Centre crew so you know more about their background the next time you stop by.
